Aims

  1. Replace bone marrow aspirates with minimal invasive personalized proteogenomics for better quality of life and to improve MRD monitoring and risk-stratification.
  2. Strengthen our collaborative network of key stakeholders to realize a structural pipeline of biomarker development towards implementation of novel diagnostic workflows.
  3. Welcome new collaborations to synergize on our experience with single-cell analysis of immune cells in cancer patients. Through more intense crossing borders collaborations, we want to valorize this facility by addressing key agenda topics in the onco-immunology field such as: ‘Immune fitness in cancer patients’, ‘Immune tracking during cancer immunotherapy’, ‘Identification of early prognostic cancer biomarkers’, and ‘Evidence-based drug dose reduction’.
