Over Ali Saberi

Ali Saberi earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Iran. During his master's studies, he focused on artificial intelligence and computer vision, acquiring a robust understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications. After gaining industry experience, he returned to academia in September 2023 to pursue a Ph.D. at the Donders Sleep and Memory Lab. His doctoral research revolves around the intersection of sleep neuroscience and data science. Ali is developing a comprehensive data infrastructure for large-scale sleep data, along with analysis strategies and pipelines. Additionally, he is working on integrating sleep data with non-physiological data and annotations, such as music and sound datasets.
