  • Operationalizing and validating values and value-based healthcare within Radboudumc. 
  • Developing methodology for measuring and evaluating value-based healthcare. 
  • Developing, evaluating, and implementing person-centred, multi-faceted, integrated care and welfare programs and pathways, focusing on optimizing self-management, empowerment, and resilience through shared decision-making of people with complex health needs and their caregivers with support of health professionals.
  • Evaluating value of care in the context of patients’ personal and contextual values, including social and cultural diversity and equity. 
  • Evaluating (inter)professional collaboration, job satisfaction, efficiency and work environment of healthcare professionals.
