Computational immunology

Johannes Textor's research group studies the adaptive immune system, and its response to cancer, using computational tools such as simulations, machine learning algorithms, and artificial intelligence.

Experimental immunology

Annemiek van Spriel's research group studies the immune system at the cellular and molecular level. 

Immune dysregulation in hematologic malignancies

Willemijn Hobo's research group focuses on deciphering mechanisms underlying immune dysfunction in cancer patient and development of novel therapeutic approaches to (re)establish immune-mediated tumor control.
