We conduct a large multicenter prospective cohort study 'MONITOR-IC' collecting a.o. patients reported outcomes of ICU-survivors regarding physical (including frailty), mental and cognitive functioning/problems and quality of life.This is worldwide the largest long-term follow-up study.
