About

We investigate how aspergillus, a fungus that causes life-threatening infections in immunocompromised and ICU patients, develops resistance. We aim to understand how this resistance emerges, how it can be effectively diagnosed and treated, and how best to monitor resistance both in Dutch hospitals and in the environment.
