Aims

  • Develop novel AI models to better understand diseases using digital pathology data.
  • Use AI to learn spatial relationships in tissue via (multiplex) immunohistochemistry, spatial proteomics and transcriptomics.
  • Discover and develop novel computational predictive biomarkers, to improve treatment planning such as cancer immunotherapy.
  • Build computer-aided diagnosis systems to support physicians by automating parts of their diagnostics routine tasks.
