Team Neuro-oncology

You can come to us for diagnosis, treatment, and assistance in the event of a (possible) brain tumor. To this end, we work together in a multidisciplinary treatment team. This team consists of medical specialists who specialize in the examination and treatment of brain tumors. The treatment team consists of neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiotherapists, medical oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and nursing specialists. They will discuss which treatment is best for you. They do this for both Radboudumc patients as well as for patients from neighboring hospitals. This tumor working group neuro-oncology is also active at a national and international level. For example, by carrying out scientific research into the development and treatment of brain tumors. Personal attention is important to us. That is why we actively include you (and your nearest and dearest) in your treatment plan. There is also one nursing specialist who can answer any questions you may have during the entire treatment process.
