If your child has problems with his or her kidneys and urinary tract (urological) or genital organs from birth he or she will receive top care at our center of expertise. Our specializations include:- Open bladder and open urethra and complex cases such as cloacal extrophy (bladder extrophy and epispadias).
- Urinary tract diseases and urogenital predisposition (a combination of urethra, vagina and anus abnormalities, DSD).
- Urological and bladder function disorders in conditions such as spina bifida.
- Obstruction of urine flow in boys due to posterior urethra valves.
- Posterior hypospadias.

You can make an appointment for your child by getting your general practitioner or referrer to send a letter to the Urology Department of the Radboudumc’s Amalia Children's Hospital. If applicable, your doctor will also send digital photos and examination information.
