The Radboud Biobank has a small team that is responsible for processing requests for samples. In addition, the Radboud Biobank is dependent on the department of Human Genetics for requests for DNA samples. Issuances will be processed in the order they are received, and the time needed to process requests depends on several factors. To avoid disappointment when requesting samples in peak periods and with the approaching holidays and relocation of the office in February 2025 in mind, we strongly advise waiting for the Radboud Biobank planning before scheduling laboratory tests and analyses.

Issuance requests submitted in 2024 will be invoiced according to the current business model, even though the samples may not be delivered until early 2025.
