Young Professionals at Radboudumc. How is that?

At Radboudumc, we value the experiences of our Young Professionals, who make up a significant part of our workforce—40% are under 35. To understand their perspective better, we surveyed 745 young employees, receiving 300 responses.

The results of this survey offer encouraging insights:

• 96% of respondents would recommend Radboudumc as an employer.
• 70% feel comfortable in their current roles.
• Among the 30% seeking a new step, 75% wish to pursue it within Radboudumc.
  However, the survey also highlights a need for more transparency around career opportunities and paths.

What’s next?

Two recent dialogue sessions with Young Professionals focused on their future at Radboudumc and the potential creation of a "Young Radboudumc" platform. This initiative could foster connection and development among our young workforce.
