Research Departments Pharmacology and Toxicology News LIMONCELLO study has officially started

On 5 June 2023, the LIMONCELLO study (Less Is More: Optimized Pharmacotherapy With Improved coNtinuity of CarE in hospitaLized oLder peOple) has officially started!

The first participants have been included in the following hospitals: Diakonessenhuis, UMC Utrecht, Amsterdam UMC location VUMC and AMC. In total 16 hospitals will participate, including the Radboudumc.

In this study, transitional multidisciplinary pharmacotherapeutic care will be compared with usual care. The primary endpoint is drug-related readmissions in the first 30 days after discharge.
