Yvonne has been selected as winner in the field of medical sciences based on an assessment of five criteria.
The prize was presented by a member of the jury and Rector Magnificus Prof. Dr. Han van Krieken of the Radboud University. The prize consists of a certificate and a free-spending amount of €1,000. After the ceremony Yvonne gave a short presentation about her research, her other work at the Radboud University, how she wants to inspire others with her work and how she can be a role model for other women in science. The award ceremony could be followed via Zoom.
