About Lot Winkel

Drs. Lot Winkel RC has been a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since February 1, 2025.

Lot Winkel studied Economics at the University of Groningen, supplemented by a postgraduate controller course at VU Amsterdam. She started her career at Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts, where she held various financial positions in the Netherlands and abroad for 16 years. For more than 10 years, she worked at UMC Utrecht, including as division president and manager of operations at the Children's Division of the Wilhelmina Children's Hospital/UMC Utrecht. Since 2022, she was a member of the Executive Board and CFO of Dijklander Ziekenhuis.
