The goal of the analysis was to have a deep understanding of the user in the Research Tower and the processes inside. We started with looking at the now but took the step of looking towards the desired future together with a range of employees in the Research Tower. As analysis methods we used a combination of one-on-one interviews, group workshops and mockup setups. You’ve probably seen us at work.
All results have been thoroughly documented and form important input for all of us to shape the future of work and laboratory environment. Therefore, we want to share the results with you and want to invite you to get back to us if you see anything missing, incorrect or if you want to say ‘this is true, and important to me!’.
Unfortunately, we are still bound to online meetings so we propose a virtual ‘walk-in’ hour on the following date:
Monday 15 June 12.00-13.30hrs
