The HR department offers support for scientific personnel concerning career development, personal development and motivation, and offering information about the external labour market.

In the past period it was all about COVID-19 measurements. For some, this meant extra pressure or tension on work-related duties, for others this meant a suddent switch to homeofficing, yet for others this meant having no work at all. Perhaps this was an opportunity for you to think about your career perspective, or perhaps you were already thinking about it until the coronavirus outbreak led to a pauze.
