IPV is any type of violence or abuse between current partners or ex-partners. Women who are exposed to various types of IPV (emotional / psychological, physical, sexual, financial) can use SAFE and be part of the study. Women can use this online intervention for free, anonymously and throughout the Netherlands. It is an online platform that provides information and options for help and support. It stimulates women to be aware of their own situation and the help options that are available. This is meant to lower the threshold to professionals help, as barriers are still high for women to disclose and reach out.
