Internal KWF review procedure 2018

In agreement with the existing policy the research board and Radboud Center for Oncology have decided to continue with the mandatory internal review procedure for KWF grant applications.

The internal review of KWF project proposals is meant to improve the quality of the proposals and thereby raising the chance of awarding. The internal review procedure is in place for all types of projects granted by KWF.

Please find attached the schedule for the internal KWF review procedure. We kindly ask you to adhere to it.  
 
On 5 March 2018 the pre-submission of the new round of Infractucture initiatives is open. The deadline of the pre-submission is 2 April 2018. The applicant receives the invitation for the full proposal within a few weeks. The full proposal procedure follows the timeline of Call 2018-II, with the deadline of 6 June 2018.  
Call 2018-II opens on 27 April 2018, all types of projects are eligible for this call (KWF website). 

Important internal deadlines are:  

• 11 April 2018- Registration of new application 
• 25 April 2018 - Internal submission of full application 
• 6 June 2018 (12:00) - KWF deadline 

Also, please anticipate the possibility that you will be asked to review a draft application of one of your colleagues in the upcoming round between 24 April -16 May 2018.
