Every year during InScience Film Festival the Klokhuis Science Prize is presented. This prize is intended to introduce Dutch scientific research to a young and wide audience. The winning research receives an episode, the will be broadcasted by television program Het Klokhuis. Do you want to you send in your work? Submit your research before January 17!
The Klokhuis Science Prize is a great way to bring your research to the attention of children and youngsters. This year, the makers are once again inviting scientists and researchers to apply and introduce young audiences to the wonders of science. All universities, colleges and UMCs in the Netherlands can submit research. You can apply via this website. Please note: the website is in Dutch.
From all entries a jury chooses a top 10, after which the public can vote. The winner will be announced during InScience Film Festival, which takes place in Nijmegen from March 11-16. The presentation of the Klokhuis Science Award will take place on Sunday afternoon March 16 in the Mariënburg Library in Nijmegen. Read the conditions here.
