Below you find the registration form for the download portal for the QA4US software, made available by the Medical UltraSound Imaging Center (MUSIC) department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, Radboudumc Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Because the software is free of charge no warranty is given for the program, to the extend permitted by applicable law. Except when otherwise stated in writing the developer, provides the program without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk of the Quality and Performance program is with you.
