Program committee Molecular Mechanisms of Disease

The Program Committee (PC) is assigned to advise the Executive Committee (Raad van Bestuur) about the (execution of the) Education and Examination Regulations (OER).

Furthermore, the committee dedicates itself to solicited and unsolicited advice to the program director and OMT about educational affairs, for example:
  • the revision of the course program
  • the study load
  • the consistency of the program and course evaluations.
The MMD PC consists of three students and three members of teaching staff. Student members are elected by the students in an informal election. Ideally, at least one of the student members speaks Dutch since not all Radboud University or Radboud university medical center official documents are in English. Furthermore, it is the intention to have at least one second-year student member.

The meetings are also frequented by the program director to advise on the matters discussed. In addition, the Radboud university medical center Student Assessor attends the meetings regularly to discuss about issues that involve the complete Faculty of Medical Sciences.
