Meet the Expert: Managing your internship student workshop

This interactive workshop explores the key aspects of supervising internship students as a PhD candidate. We’ll discuss different supervision styles, setting clear expectations, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. Participants will gain practical tips, share experiences, and reflect on their own approach to mentorship. Feel free to bring your own case for discussion! You will receive a short questionnaire as preparation before the session.
