Meet the Expert: Guidelines on multi-omics statistics and reproducible result

Personalized medicine requires a comprehensive understanding of biological systems, for which multi-omics analysis can be a powerful approach. However, conducting thorough multi-omics research with reproducible results is challenging.

In this Meet the Expert, we will dive into practical guidelines to address these challenges. We will discuss concrete examples of multiomics data sets and the tools we used for datamanagement and analysis. Moreover, we hope to answer questions from the audience on their own data: Bring Your Own Data!
