Modern biomedical research produces enormous datasets, and the fields of computational biology creates tools to extract results from these datasets. Running these tools can be a challenge, especially if they are designed for Unix systems.

In this Meet the Expert we will discuss running computational tools on large datasets, managing Linux and compute resources, and options for HPC usage.
